Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Holly’s Lashes! We strive to make your experience smooth and stress-free, so please take a moment to review our booking policy. Appointments can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance, with at least 24 hours' notice required for new bookings. For lash appointments, no deposit is required; however, a valid bank card is required to secure all bookings. While no deposit is needed for lash appointments, a 50% charge will apply for cancellations or modifications made within 24 hours. For all other appointments, a £20 non-refundable deposit is required, but if you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be transferred to your next booking. All charges are final and subject to management’s discretion. Cancellations or modifications can be made through the ‘My Booking’ section on hollyslashes.com.
